"I had a sinking slab in my basement and I had no idea how much it would cost and the scope of work that was required. After researching my options, I started calling around town. Level Best took the time to explain my options and was fair in their quote. Everything was 100% transparent and the day of, there was a thorough walk-thru before, during, and after the work was done. My basement slab was brought back almost level after sinking over an inch. Yes there was a some cracking in the drywall that I expected from such work, but it was done with due care in mind and was consulted the whole time. Don't believe or waste your time with some of the other pushy or abrupt sales people that also say they do this. 100% happy with the end result!"

"Reinhard (owner) visited and gave an estimate of the job on Monday, quote was email on Tuesday. Reinhard was on time, experience and very knowledgeable. The quote compare to other poly lift company was competitive and fair. The advantage of this company is they offer 10 years of warranty for their polyurethane foam injection compare to others who average around 3 to 5 years. They have been in business for almost 10 years and the technicians are experience ~4 years and do about 300+ lift a year.

The two technicians Dave and Jay came the a week later on Friday and finish the job in about ~3 hours. Lifted about 1.5 inches and 2.5 inches drop of my concrete pathway. As a courtesy, Dave helps realign the gate door. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician.

"Great experience from day 1, even though I procrastinated 3 months before deciding to do the project, they still honoured their contract estimate. My work schedule resulted in several date changes. They were most accommodating in trying to get the work done. The 2 technicians doing the work were efficient and skilled. I had driveway slabs, a garage floor and a lengthy sidewalk that needed to be levelled. As we moved from area to area they made sure I was satisfied before moving on to the next section. When all was said and done, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the service. "Level Best has been out twice to fix concrete issues in our home. Last year (2018), I called them about a crack in the slab in my garage off the back lane. Turned out they informed me that there were settlement issues causing the crack and they pointed out how the whole structure had shifted. Reinhart proceeded to analyze how they shifting had occurred and then proceeded to inject structural foam in 20-30 individual locations resulting in a floor that was supported and true to the rest of the building. The"voids" were a lot larger than they appeared and LEvel Best used a lot of structural foam but did the work within their original estimate even though their costs were increased due to their commitment to do the job properly.

In June of 2019, I called Level Best again to look at two sets of concrete stairs ( one had 2 steps, one had 4 steps) that had shifted and caused tripping hazards and drainage issues. I also asked them to look at a couple of slabs in our large patio/basketball court area that had shifted. Once again, Level Best did a fantastic job of repairing problems that had taken many years to develop. Reinhart's skill and knowledge enable him to analyze the problems and come up with workable solutions that don't result in other unforeseen problems or issues.
